My Films
My filmmaking journey is deeply rooted in the art of observation, listening, and the perpetual quest for knowledge. I approach each story with an open mind, focusing less on projecting my own opinions and more on being an observer of the narratives that unfold. This approach has led me to explore the realm of 'true conspiracy' in my films, a burgeoning genre where I delve into the intriguing 'what ifs' of conspiracies without taking a definitive stance on their veracity.
This exploration is not just about uncovering hidden truths in the world around us, but also a reflection of my own personal quest. Through interviewing diverse subjects and tackling complex topics, I seek to understand the intricacies of my own life and experiences, using my artwork as a lens to gain deeper insight into both the world and myself.
As the Director of "The Deep Rig", I immersed myself in the intricacies of the United States voting system, focusing on its outdated mechanisms and the vulnerabilities these pose to the integrity of our electoral process. This project enabled me to document and scrutinize the political tumult surrounding the 2020 election of Donald Trump and the controversial treatment of Democratic nominee Bernie Sanders in 2016, highlighting how outdated electoral systems can catalyze political hysteria. "The Deep Rig" follows a dedicated team of patriots, lawyers, and 'white hat' hackers on their quest to uncover the facts behind sensational headlines, navigating through backroom political maneuvers and electronic networks that are allegedly designed to rig elections. This documentary serves as a critical examination of Washington's double-dealings and the shadow of international intrigue that looms over the American democratic process. Through this work, I aimed to shed light on how political hysteria not only undermines the democratic process but also diverts crucial attention and resources away from addressing pressing global human service needs. By delving into these complex issues, "The Deep Rig" strives to present evidence that challenges viewers to scrutinize the veracity and implications of the narratives that have shaped recent political discourse in the United States.
As the Director and creator of "The Observers", I delved deeply into the complexities surrounding the UFO and UAP enigma, bringing together top UFO researchers, whistleblowers, witnesses, abductees, and experiencers in my fifth feature documentary. This project was driven by a commitment to unpack the intricate nature of our collective reality, filmed against the backdrop of the much-anticipated 2021 UAP report release. Throughout the production of "The Observers," it became evident that the unseen warfare among intelligence agencies, a theme I previously explored in the film "1000 Pieces," was intricately linked to the suppression and potential disclosure of advanced technologies. This covert struggle hinted at a race to determine which agency could successfully navigate the complexities of bringing these suppressed technologies to public awareness. "The Observers" represents a comprehensive and timely exploration of the UFO phenomenon, posing the hard questions at the core of this global mystery. It invites viewers to consider the vast possibilities of time travel, extraterrestrial life, top-secret advanced technology, and alternate dimensions, aiming to trigger a quantum leap in human evolution through the lens of UFO disclosure. My work on this documentary underscored the profound implications of these revelations, awakening audiences to the potential of an unimaginably transformed reality.
As the Director and creator of "A Thousand Pieces", I delved deep into the labyrinth of innernessing warfare waged among U.S. intelligence agencies and their decades-long covert operations. This documentary explores the dark underbelly of agencies like the CIA and FBI, revealing their involvement in illicit activities such as MK Ultra, along with their shadowy efforts to infiltrate and manipulate activist movements. "1000 Pieces" takes its audience on a harrowing journey, starting from the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, an event that symbolizes the profound mistrust between the highest echelons of American power and its intelligence apparatus. Kennedy's assassination and his warnings about "infiltration instead of invasion" and the dangers posed by "covert means" set the stage for a riveting exploration of systemic corruption. The film painstakingly uncovers the grim details of illegal programs like COINTELPRO, which targeted civil rights leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X, and operations like Northwoods and Mockingbird, which laid bare the intelligence community's potential plans for false flag operations and media manipulation to control public perception.
As the producer of "Trance", I was personally immersed in researching the complexities of the MK Ultra Project and the Monarch Mind Control Programs, as testified by Cathy O'Brien. Her harrowing experiences, having been sold into the program as a child and exposed to world leaders at an international level, served as the backbone of our documentary. Through O'Brien's journey of rescue and healing, Adrienne Youngblood's (Director) film explores the depths of Cathy's reclaimed memories, offering a stark insight into the chilling extent of mind control practices. Producing "Trance" opened my eyes to the myriad illegal activities conducted by American intelligence agencies like the CIA, which have subjected civilians and military personnel to severe psychological manipulation, resulting in profound trauma and, in some cases, death. O'Brien's story is not only a testament to individual resilience but also a critical lens through which we examine the darker aspects of national security operations. It sheds light on how systemic mind control has shaped our past, challenges our present, and poses questions about our future as a nation striving for personal and collective sovereignty. This film aims to illuminate these covert practices, urging a reevaluation of the ethics and accountability of intelligence agencies in their treatment of human subjects.
